I am a collector of stationary so anything sold in the store do not come straight from a retail shop and I cannot always guarantee the perfect condition of all my products.
Any flaws, damage or imperfections will all be listed in the product description and will usually be photographed for a visual image.
But in the rare occasion where I missed something and you find any defects to the items, please let me know and I will attempt to correct my mistake.
*however if the product in damaged in the mail I cannot take responsibility. If you'd like to purchase insurance then just let me know and I will send you an invoice to include the insurance purchase. (But all packages will be securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipment.)

I'm sorry but I do not take returns. I pack my items carefully to minimize damage. And any already present damage will already have been noted in the item description.
